Policy of Inspection, Exchange & Delivery
- The customer is allowed to inspect the product upon delivery only while the courier is present.
- If the order is refused after inspection, a 99 EGP inspection & non-delivery fee will be charged.
- No returns are accepted under any circumstances.
- Exchanges only are allowed, and must be requested within 1 hour of receiving the order.
- To be eligible for exchange, the item must be unworn, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original complete packaging.
- Partial delivery is not accepted.
- Exchange requests after the allowed time frame will not be accepted.
For any issues, please contact us via Instagram within one hour of delivery.
سياسة – المعاينة، الاستبدال، والتسليم
- يُسمح بفحص المنتج أثناء الاستلام فقط وفي وجود مندوب الشحن.
- في حالة رفض استلام الطلب بعد المعاينة، يتم تحصيل رسوم معاينة وعدم استلام بقيمة 99 جنيهًا مصريًا.
- لا يوجد استرجاع نهائيًا.
- يُسمح بالاستبدال فقط، ويتم تقديم الطلب خلال ساعة واحدة من استلام الطلب.
- ليكون المنتج مؤهلًا للاستبدال، يجب أن يكون غير مستخدم، وفي حالته الأصلية، مع جميع الملصقات، وداخل التغليف الأصلي الكامل.
- لا نقبل التسليم الجزئي للطلبات.

أي طلب استبدال بعد انتهاء المدة المحددة لن يتم قبوله.
