Policy of Inspection, Exchange & Delivery

• The customer is allowed to inspect the product upon delivery only while the courier is present.
• If the order is refused after inspection, a 99 EGP inspection & non-delivery fee will be charged.
• No returns are accepted under any circumstances.
• Exchanges only are allowed, and must be requested within 1 hour of receiving the order.
• To be eligible for exchange, the item must be unworn, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original complete packaging.
• Partial delivery is not accepted.
• Exchange requests after the allowed time frame will not be accepted.

• يُسمح بفحص المنتج أثناء الاستلام فقط وفي وجود مندوب الشحن.
• في حالة رفض استلام الطلب بعد المعاينة، يتم تحصيل رسوم معاينة وعدم استلام بقيمة 99 جنيهًا مصريًا.
• لا يوجد استرجاع نهائيًا.
• يُسمح بالاستبدال فقط، ويتم تقديم الطلب خلال ساعة واحدة من استلام الطلب.
• ليكون المنتج مؤهلًا للاستبدال، يجب أن يكون غير مستخدم، وفي حالته الأصلية، مع جميع الملصقات، وداخل التغليف الأصلي الكامل.
• لا نقبل التسليم الجزئي للطلبات.
• أي طلب استبدال بعد انتهاء المدة المحددة لن يتم قبوله.
• فى حالة وجود أي مشكلة، يرجى التواصل عبر إنستجرام خلال ساعة من استلام الطلب.
